SWEDISH beauty Magdalena Hedman has hit out at critics who have labelled her a gold-digger.
Magdalena, 33, spoke out during her first TV appearence in her homeland since she was rushed to hospital after suffering a brain haemorrhage.
The Scandinavian stunner - who has swapped her trademark blonde locks for a brunette look - blasted claims she is a money grabber.
She has been criticised in Sweden since it emerged she has officially spilt from ex-Celtic goalkeeper Magnus.
The glamorous couple - dubbed Sweden's Beckhams - are locked in a clash over money after bringing their 10-year marriage to an end.
They did not have a pre-nuptial agreement and Magdalena has said she wants a 50/50 split of their finances.
And she has also instructed her legal team to hire experts to track down any assets Magnus, 35, has outside Sweden.
Magdalena appeared on the popular Swedish chatshow Kattis & Company and during a 20 minute interview she hit back at her detractors.
But she took the chance to warn Magnus she wants their 'green sofa' as part of the settlement in their divorce.
She said: "People say, 'She's just after his millions, she wants this and that, she's just a gold-digger.'
"It says something about the society we live in today.
"Who is it that says that he's not out to get my book money.
"It is to do with this attitude to women. All women are gold-diggers. Maybe he's actually the gold-digger then.
"It's just a woman's lot in some ways. You can see it all through society today.
"The house is ours, the kids are ours, but when it comes to money, so it's just the man's.
"And if the woman says any different then she's a gold-digger.
"I just want my rights, and security for my children. I don't want to fleece Magnus for millions. This is just a usual settlement."
Magdalena was taken to hospital after complaining of headaches as she rehearsed for the Swedish television show Let's Dance.
Magdalena enjoyed a modelling career and pop success with her sister.
She went on to marry Magnus, Celtic keeper from 2002 to 2005, in 1999.
